Doing Better: How to manage our first reactions to getting called in
When we mess up, we know we should get our foot out of our mouth, apologize, and make it right. We know this, but we don't always do it. Instead, we get defensive, we get anxious, we get agitated, and sometimes we make it worse instead of better.
This class is for everyone who’s ever said something they regret. We'll talk about how our nervous system can get in our way, and ways we can get our nervous system regulated again so we can respond the way we want to. Come prepared for discussion and self-reflection.
